Job summary

Cordoba Corporation in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Cybersecurity Manager to lead the organization’s cybersecurity program, oversee operations, risk management, incident response, and compliance. The role supervises cybersecurity personnel and collaborates with stakeholders.

The position involves evaluating emerging threats, implementing controls, managing vulnerability assessments, IAM and IdP administration, security stack governance, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years IT help desk and/or customer service experience.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support and Windows operating system.
• 5+ years of experience with cybersecurity.
• Certifications such as A+, Microsoft preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO) preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the cybersecurity team, including performance evaluations and supervision.
• Stay current on cybersecurity trends and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor network traffic and security logs to detect threats.
• Develop and implement security strategies to protect information systems.
• Oversee vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and remediation.
• Administer IAM/IdP and security stack components.
• Provide training to staff on cybersecurity best practices.
• Collaborate with Director and procurement/vendor management.
