• Provide technical and project leadership to client teams and build strong client relationships.
• Deliver high-value work products within expected timeframes and budgets, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Foster an innovative and inclusive team environment while mentoring junior consultants.
• Use industry knowledge to identify engagement issues, communicate findings, and stay abreast of current trends.
• Assist in cultivating business development opportunities and present ways to serve clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree and approximately 5 years of related experience.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%; valid U.S. driver’s license and passport required.
• Experience with NIST CSF 2.0, NIST 800‑53, ISO 27001, SANS CSC or equivalent; relevant industry certifications (CISSP, CISA, etc.) required with plan to certify within 1 year.
