Job summary

AUSGAR Technologies, Inc. is a DoD contractor seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst in the San Diego area for a hybrid role. The candidate will lead RMF activities, prepare SSPs and SAPs, and coordinate with ISSMs to ensure RMF authorization.

Required are an Active Secret clearance, DoD 8140 IAT II certification, and 5+ years in cybersecurity with RMF experience in eMASS. Travel up to 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Active security clearance required.
• DoD RMF experience in ISSE role using eMASS.
• Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years in cybersecurity or equivalent.
• Experience reviewing DISA STIGs/SRGs, SCAP and ACAS results.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Hybrid position with ~60% onsite/40% remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute RMF process across system engineering, deployment and sustainment.
• Develop/update RMF System SSPs and Security SAPs.
• Create and maintain POA&Ms and Risk Assessment Reports (RARs).
• Coordinate with ISSMs and external stakeholders for RMF authorization.
• Provide status updates on RMF packages and risk mitigations.
