AUSGAR Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst for a hybrid role in Newport, Rhode Island. This position requires an active Secret clearance and DoD RMF experience. You will lead security efforts across the system lifecycle, maintain SSPs and POA&Ms, and collaborate with ISSMs and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes risk assessment, compliance, and clear communication. Travel up to 10% is expected; salary ranges from $140K to $170K with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• DoD 8140.03 IAT II certification required.
• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in cybersecurity.
• Experience with RMF in the ISSE role using eMASS.

Responsibilities

• Lead RMF process through all phases and coordinate with ISSMs.
• Develop System Security Plan (SSP), Security Assessment Plan (SAP), and POA&Ms.
• Document NIST 800-53 security control implementations.
• Identify cybersecurity vulnerabilities and corresponding mitigations.
• Communicate status to ISSM and engineering teams; travel up to 10%.
