Job summary

Defibtech is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide world-class service by answering inquiries, troubleshooting products, and updating data systems. The role is onsite in Guilford, CT with hybrid capability and occasional travel to Branford, CT.

The position requires a high school diploma and about one year of related experience, with strong communication, data-entry and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries by phone and email and provides product information.
• Entered service requests, complaints, feedback and sales opportunities into data systems.
• Troubleshoots issues and supports domestic and international customers.
• Documents information in the customer service database.
• Supports compliance reporting for sales operations.
• Manages service inquiries and tracks product returns.
