Job summary

BEUMER Group, a global intralogistics leader, is hiring a Project Coordinator, Customer Support in New Jersey. The role focuses on critical communication with customers and technical teams to generate estimates, proposals, and service orders, while coordinating purchase orders and invoicing.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, preparing service-project documents, and reviewing time sheets and expenses for field technicians.

Qualifications

• Five years of technical customer support and administrative experience.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Technical aptitude with familiarity of industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer relationships with timely and professional communication.
• Generate estimates and proposals for submittal and discussion with customers; follow up with internal teams.
• Assist in setting up new service projects including invoicing and PO generation.
• Generate and process service orders, proposals, and estimates while adapting to shifting priorities.
• Generate and manage purchase orders to vendors and coordinate invoices.
• Review estimated versus actuals, including time sheets and expenses for field technicians.
• Assist with project management activities related to Customer Support projects.
• Prepare and send out documents from customer PO through final invoicing.
• Timesheet reporting via UKG and expense reports using Excel.
