Job summary

BEUMER Group in New Jersey is seeking a Project Coordinator, Customer Support to join the customer support organization. You will communicate with customers and internal technical teams to generate estimates, proposals and service orders, follow up on status, and process POs and invoicing.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, coordinating with sister companies, and assisting in project management activities.

Qualifications

• Five years of technical customer support and administrative experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Technical aptitude with familiarity of industrial equipment.
• Office-based role; hybrid schedule.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
• ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer relationships and respond to inquiries with accuracy.
• Define solutions with internal teams; generate estimates and proposals.
• Set up new service projects, invoicing, and purchase orders.
• Generate and process service orders, proposals, and estimates.
• Manage purchase orders and coordinate vendor invoices.
• Review estimated vs actuals, timesheets, and expenses for field technicians.
• Assist with project management activities related to Customer Support.
• Prepare documents from PO to final invoicing.
• May participate in special projects or other duties as assigned.
• Timesheet reporting via UKG and expense reports.
