Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to join the API Connector Team in a full-time, hybrid role based out of Denver or Oakland. You will provide virtual technical support to customers and partners, ensuring high satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.

As a technical champion for customers, you will investigate and troubleshoot issues within the Fivetran environment using logs and tools, collaborating with internal teams to prevent issues and improve overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual technical support to Fivetran customers and partners.
• Work closely with Fivetran customers and other stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction and timely resolution of reported issues.
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues within the Fivetran environment using logs, internal/external tools, and foundational knowledge of our platform.
