Job summary

Access One, a business technology services and telecommunications provider, is seeking a Customer Success Specialist in the Chicago, IL area. You will build relationships with clients, act as their internal advocate, and coordinate across departments to drive satisfaction and retention.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in customer service, strong communication and organizational skills, and experience with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems such as ConnectWise.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in customer service or related role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
• Experience with ticketing systems (ConnectWise preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with assigned clients, participating in onboarding and quarterly review calls.
• Establish a trusted advisor relationship to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain and implement customer success strategies with regular check-ins and follow-ups.
• Serve as escalation point for client issues and coordinate across departments as needed.
