Access One, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients in a hybrid Chicago, IL role.

You will manage onboarding calls, quarterly reviews, and strategic advisory activities to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention. The role requires strong communication, organization, and time management skills, plus experience with ConnectWise and Microsoft 365 tools.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a Customer Service or related role.
• Familiarity with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint).
• Experience working with ticketing systems (ConnectWise preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with assigned clients, including onboarding and quarterly review calls.
• Establish a trusted advisor relationship to drive customer satisfaction.
• Maintain and implement customer success strategies with regular check-ins and follow‑ups.
