Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required, call center experience preferred.
• 1+ years banking experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with a focus on confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with general account inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Guide customers through online and mobile banking and product features.
• De-escalate dissatisfied customers and ensure issues are resolved.
• Meet or exceed call center metrics and identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and comply with bank policies.
• Stay updated with online banking products and participate in training.
