Job summary

Park National Corporation is seeking candidates for a hybrid Customer Care Center role in Ohio. Responsibilities include handling inquiries by phone, chat, and email, and supporting online banking, bill pay, and card services.

You will assist with new accounts, loans, payments, and transfers while maintaining high service standards and cross-selling bank products. Training and onsite days are required during onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in business-related field preferred.
• Some retail bank experience or general customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve customer inquiries via telephone, Live Web Chat and/or email.
• Provide customer support for electronic banking products and services, including Online Banking, Bill Payment, Mobile Banking, Messenger, Online Account Opening, and both Debit and Credit card inquiries.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues regarding new accounts, loans, payments, transfers, interest rates and certificates in a professional manner.
• Cross-sell Bank services and support all functions within the Customer Care Center.
• Adhere to Customer Care Center performance metrics to ensure service levels and customer expectations are met.
• Maintain professional interactions to uphold the Bank's reputation.
