Responsibilities

• Negotiate payment arrangements to resolve delinquency.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, workflows, and email.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies.
• Document interactions clearly and accurately.
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality of customer information.
• Meet call volume and customer satisfaction targets.
• Identify solutions to avoid repossession losses.
• Use computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting.
