The role blends office and hands-on warehouse work, requiring strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service, warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience preferred.
• Forklift experience or certification preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems (CRM/ERP/P21 preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for inquiries, orders, quotes, returns, and product support.
• Process orders and inventory requests using CRM, ERP, and warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, accounting, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate customer, inventory, shipping, and warehouse records.
• Verify inventory availability through system review and physical counts, while supporting cycle counting and inventory control activities.
• Assist with receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and organizing products within the warehouse.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move, store, and load materials.
• Communicate shipment updates, resolve service issues, and provide proactive customer follow-up.
• Complete required shipping, receiving, inventory, and customer service documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in both office and warehouse settings.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate across departments to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
