Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to meet attendance requirements; hours include nights, weekends, holidays.
• Good communication skills verbally and in writing; customer-focused.
• Proficiency with computer software; Excel and Word experience.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems to resolve service-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Be the first phone contact for and assist insureds and customers with requests.
• Receive high call volumes; provide upfront assistance and route or document information.
• Navigate systems to gather information and resolve service issues.
• Record and file information from calls and requests in the appropriate system.
