Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will be the primary contact for customers, handling orders, updates, returns, and collaboration with Operations and Quality to improve service levels.

The role starts onsite and transitions to a hybrid schedule (2 days remote / 3 days in office). Ideal candidates have 3+ years in customer service and 2+ years in or supporting manufacturing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in a fast-paced customer service role.
• 2+ years supporting a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to navigate internet and websites.
• Polished phone etiquette.
• Able to pass background checks and pre-employment drug test.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, codes, policies and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about product, pricing, and order information.
• Resolve service, warranty, or technical issues within authority.
• Process orders, credits, returns and invoices per guidelines.
• Process order expedite requests from sales and customers.
• Coordinate with production teams to meet deadlines.
• Track shipments and provide freight information to customers.
• Support continuous process improvements in customer service.
