Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Plumbing Product Specialist to serve as a bridge between customers, service, and product development in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will diagnose issues, provide expert plumbing support, and capture insights to drive product improvements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1+ years of experience; travel is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal skills are essential for success in this hybrid office role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 1+ years' experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the plumbing industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify the appropriate Bradley product to suit an application.
• Troubleshoot product failures by isolating root cause and resolving issues.
• Document customer complaints clearly to support accurate issue tracking and resolution.
• Process replacement and shortage order inquiries expeditiously.
• Complete customer complaint information for proper root cause identification.
• Partner with Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, and Product Management to resolve issues and improve products.
• Within guidelines, negotiates labor rates relative to repairs.
• Participate in PMT sessions representing the technical service team.
