Chadwell Supply is hiring a Call Center Representative to handle inbound calls, process quotes and orders, and manage returns. You will work with warehouse staff and account managers to speed resolutions and approvals.

The role requires bilingual Spanish/English capability and familiarity with Outlook, Excel, and SalesPad, with a focus on accuracy and customer service. The position offers a full-time schedule on weekdays, with hybrid options after training.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and SalesPad.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required.
• Capable of data entry and extracting information on orders and accounts.
• Strong process analysis and improvement skills.
• Able to multi-task with interruptions.
• Have financial aptitude for handling profitable customer service orders.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college recommended.

Responsibilities

• Process stock orders, quotes, and returns accurately.
• Provide substitutes for backordered items when requested.
• Process Credit Card Authorizations on open orders.
• Coordinate with sales team, managers, and warehouse personnel to resolve conflicts.
• Answer phones with a clear, friendly tone.
• Read and follow all notes on accounts and respond to emails.
• Participate in Lunch and Learns and other product knowledge sessions.
• Remain logged into queues during business hours.

Chadwell Supply is a successful family-owned business in the maintenance, repair and operations industry. We have 29 branches nationwide and are growing into more locations. To keep up with our growth we are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual to work as a Chadwell Supply Call Center Representative! The Call Center Representative will answer inbound calls from specified queues and process quotes, orders, and returns. They will accurately process all credit card authorizations, returns, request for histories, and reports. They will work closely with the warehouse personnel, account managers, and all branch managers to expedite any escalated calls.

What you will need

• Be a minimum of 18 years of age.
• Be familiar with the use of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and SalesPad.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is required.
• Be able to perform data entry in a computer and extract information on orders and accounts.
• Have strong process analysis and improvement skills.
• Have ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions.
• Have a financial aptitude for understanding and facilitating profitable customer service order sales and fulfillment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent education required; some college recommended.
• Average computer literacy and experience required.
