Job summary

California Faucets is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Huntington Beach office. This on-site role offers a hybrid schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m. – 4:45 p.m.) and involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders and returns in our ERP system, and resolving warranty concerns.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 6 months of customer service experience, and familiarity with Windows,

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; 6+ months customer service experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and MS Office.
Experience in manufacturing environment and ERP system a plus.
Fast-paced call center experience.

Responsibilities

Answer customer calls and actively listen to identify issues.
Enter customer orders and returns in ERP system.
Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues from estimating lead times, design options, shipping, and warranty concerns.
Build customer relationships, earning loyalty and trust.
