Bunzl Distribution, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support grocery retailers and distributors. You will handle orders (50-100 daily) via AS400, resolve delivery issues, and maintain relationships with customers and internal teams.

The role is day shift, M-F in York, PA, with occasional 1–2 days/month work-from-home flexibility. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Multi-task oriented.
• Customer-centric attitude.
• Strong user-level computer skills in MS Windows: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Teams.
• Familiarity with AS400 preferred.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and EDI tickets to determine the appropriate action.
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate order processing.
• Provide pricing and delivery information and process orders.
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments to resolve inquiries.
• Serve as a liaison between customers and the sales department.
• Make outbound calls to update clients on promotions and new products.
