Job summary

CCA Global Partners, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service/Expeditor Support Rep in our St. Louis office.

The role focuses on supporting small business members (contractors and flooring store owners) with timely data submissions and coordinated assignments for insurance programs. We offer a fabulous team environment with a hybrid work model, allowing remote Mondays and Fridays and in-office Tuesdays to Thursdays after a 90-day training period.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ business-related experience and/or customer service experience; Insurance industry and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort level with coaching contractors on the phone.
• Ability to quickly learn new complex software programs.
• Basic math knowledge and personal computer skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, & written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with members to ensure timely submission of all required data as per program requirements.
• Provide support for and coordinate with contractors, stores, and insurance partners to resolve issues with estimates, timelines, service areas, trades, program participation, and payments.
• Provide frontline phone support to members and insurance carrier partners to assist with issues.
• Review contractor/store performance statistics to ensure compliance and offer improvement coaching.
• Provide ongoing support for program timelines, guidelines and best practices.
• Contact carrier partners for estimate approvals, assignments, payments, and escalate issues to resolution.
