Job summary

Rae Security, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a dedicated Customer Service Dispatcher for a hybrid schedule (3:30pm–10pm, Tue-Fri office days, two days remote).

You will support a single client, dispatch service technicians, and manage administrative tasks with strong attention to detail. Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in customer service or dispatch, experience with door hardware, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of customer service or dispatch experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with door hardware and installations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for the client via phone and email.
• Manage installation tickets and dispatch to technicians.
• Collaborate with subcontract network and resolve needs.
• Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading accurately.
• Handle sub-contractor invoicing and client billing.
• Assist with client store schedule (NEW/REMODEL).
• Provide admin support including inventory management.
• Support office tasks and maintain professional phone etiquette.
