Job summary

Partou UK, a leading childcare provider, seeks a Customer Service Advisor on a six-month fixed-term contract in Denton. The role combines front-line family support with process improvements, requiring empathy, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently.

You will act as the first point of contact for families, addressing queries and complaints, contributing to high NPS, and supporting nursery operations in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer care/customer-facing roles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
• Strong telephone and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle queries and complaints calmly under pressure.
• Team-oriented with good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries and complaints via multiple platforms with empathy.
• Escalate complaints through the escalation pathway to the Customer Service Manager.
• Track customer queries and complaints through the company process.
• Respond to nursery reviews through the review platform.
• Contribute to the company NPS and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with Family Care Team and Nursery Managers to resolve issues.
