Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries and complaints with empathy via multiple channels.
• Escalate issues according to internal pathways.
• Track queries and complaints through the company process.
• Respond to nursery reviews on the review platform.
• Support customer satisfaction metrics and retention goals.
• Collaborate with Family Care Team and Nursery Managers to resolve issues.
