Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support successful execution of technology and business objectives from our Buffalo, NY area.

This hybrid role requires three in-office days per week at our East Aurora, NY headquarters to coordinate IT projects and business initiatives. You will own defined scope, manage schedules, costs, and stakeholder communications, and ensure PMO governance is followed across small to medium projects within six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five or more years of project coordination or project management experience with ownership of deliverables, schedules, budgets, or workstreams.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills with ability to facilitate meetings and drive follow-through.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (business, IT, engineering) and manage competing priorities.
• Working knowledge of project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, cost, quality, RAID, change management).
• Must live local to the Buffalo, NY area to work onsite.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned project or workstream scope with guidance, including scope definition, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Develop and maintain integrated schedules, track progress against plan, and adjust as needed.
• Manage project costs, resources, and budgets for small to medium initiatives.
• Support timely decision-making by preparing options, impacts, and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Facilitate project ceremonies and working sessions; create agendas and capture outcomes, decisions, and actions.
