Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Warren, MI is hiring a Customer Logistic Associate II in a hybrid role within our Supply Chain Solutions division. You will provide frontline supervision and administrative support, assign work to non-exempt staff, and help achieve daily operational goals.

The position focuses on payroll/billing, safety and DOT compliance, and coordination between drivers and management. In-office days are Tues–Thu; Mon & Fri work from home. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in warehouse, transportation, logistics or distribution.
• 1+ year experience in a customer service environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse/distribution environment and routing/dispatch software.
• Understanding of DOT/OSHA safety regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Payroll and billing administration for the location.
• DOT log review, safety training, and incident handling.
• Liaison between hourly workers and management; dispatch and KPI reporting.
• Maintain accounts payable log and attendance records.
• Oversee supply orders and uniform provisioning.
