Zoro.com, a leading ecommerce platform, is seeking a Customer Analyst to analyze customer data and uncover insights to support revenue growth. You will work with customer segments to understand behaviors and trends and develop data-driven recommendations for marketing initiatives.

The role requires 2+ years in data analytics, SQL/Excel skills, and the ability to translate insights into presentations for stakeholders. This is a hybrid Chicago-based position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years prior experience in a data analyst role.
• Degree in business, marketing, mathematics, statistics or other related field.
• Data management & manipulation skills: Knowledge of Google Sheets or MS Excel, and working knowledge of SQL/relational databases preferred.
• Strong written, communication and self-management skills.
• Ability to interact cross-functionally and drive both business and technical discussions.
• E-commerce, marketing or digital analytics experience a strong plus.

• Monitor customer data quality across first- and third-party sources, identify potential data issues, and support the evaluation of new datasets and data sources

Primary Function

The Customer Analyst will analyze customer data to uncover insights that support business decisions and help increase revenue per customer. This individual will use customer segments to better understand customer behaviors and trends, providing insights that support business and marketing initiatives. This role will monitor changing business and customer needs, identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency, and develop data-driven recommendations that support customer revenue growth.

The pay range provided is not a guarantee of compensation. The range listed reflects the expected base pay for this position at the time of posting, based on the role's job grade. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as location, relevant experience and individual qualifications.
