Job summary

AND Agency in San Antonio, TX, is hiring Customer Fulfillment Agents to deliver world class customer service. The role is hybrid, with on-site training and ongoing skill-based sessions conducted in person at the San Antonio location near the airport.

You will handle inbound calls, assist with orders, and ensure accurate documentation while maintaining professional service. Training is fully paid, with benefits including insurance and 401K, and a schedule Monday through Saturday 7am–4pm CST.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Strong problem solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information.
• Outbond calls to past customers and online orders.
• Process product orders and arrange deliveries and payments.
• Document order details accurately in required systems.
