Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with 4 years servicing internal or external customers.
• 4+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments with factories and field offices to meet customer requirements.
• Expedite orders and prevent delays to avoid extra costs for Johnson Controls and customers.
• Work with sales to resolve order problems identified by contract engineering or factory order edit departments.
• Follow up on outstanding holds daily to clear issues.
• Issue special shipping instructions to manufacturing plants and third party suppliers.
• Expedite domestic trucking deliveries to customers.
• Input answers into IBS as received from factories/ carriers to aid field offices.
• Maintain accuracy of IBS data used by factories.
• Review orders in SelNav for technical information and resolve issues.
• Notify customer purchase order receipt within 24 hours when stock is needed by multiple offices.
• Back up Master Scheduler when out of office.
