Qualifications

• 2–4 years in procurement, contract management, or paralegal work.
• Experience in higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily contracts workflow and prioritizes tasks.
• Acts as liaison with GC, risk, suppliers, and departments for negotiations.
• Reviews and audits complex contracts for compliance and risk.
• Provides guidance to improve contract compliance and training.
• Maintains knowledge of university initiatives affecting procurement.
