Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls delivering quality customer service with professionalism, empathy and efficiency.
• Navigate multiple computer screens and databases to resolve inquiries and assist with orders, pricing and returns.
• Accurately document interactions in the CRM and collaborate with teammates to ensure resolution of issues.
• Demonstrate problem-solving with available resources and maintain attention to detail in time-sensitive situations.
