Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to blend in-store service with remote customer support, driving sales and customer satisfaction across channels. This role requires promoting Lovesac products, resolving inquiries, and maintaining product knowledge to support a seamless shopping experience.

You will work in a hybrid environment, adhering to Lovesac selling processes, meet KPIs, and collaborate with operations to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High-School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related customer service experience in a call center environment required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Previous hybrid work experience environment preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to work the required in-store shift on a peak business day which includes holidays and weekends.
• Must reside within 30 miles of your designated Lovesac Retail store location.
• Must reside in State of the Touchpoint in current job posting.
• Bilingual/multilingual skills preferred.
• Successfully pass all necessary Lovesac background checks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in CRM and order management platforms required.
• Proficiency in NetSuite preferred.
• Proficiency in Gladly preferred.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company.
• Consistent ability to work both remotely and report into your designated retail store.
• Must be results driven and utilize knowledge to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Must comply with the Lovesac Employee Handbook.
• Must be able to move objects up to 75 pounds.
• This position requires bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, standing, sitting, and other physical activities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Lovesac products using our selling process.
• Engage with customers via phone, email, messaging, and in-person.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Handle orders, returns, and product information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment.
• Maintain CRM records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Support store operations and merchandising as needed.
