Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques and demos.
• Guide customers from interest to purchase, focusing on quotes and post-purchase relations.
• Provide attentive service to ensure needs are met and loyalty is built.
• Learn and explain product features and benefits to effectively demo and educate customers.
• Maintain CRM records and assist with orders, returns, and support.
