Job summary

Blue Star Press is seeking a Customer Experience & Operations Associate to be the front line for customer and retailer relationships. You will manage inquiries across channels, triage routing to internal owners, and support the warehouse team during peak season from a hybrid work setup.

The role demands reliability, strong writing, and attention to detail, with autonomy to own processes. Weekend availability is required during two busy periods, with most work performed remotely when possible.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in customer service, ecommerce operations, or retail operations
• Excellent written communication — primary screening criterion
• Detail-oriented with discipline to track metrics and catch discrepancies
• Comfortable using AI tools in daily work, with the ability to edit before sending to customers or retailers
• Physically able to work on the warehouse floor: lifting, standing, moving inventory
• On-site presence in Cedar Park 3–5 days per week
• Ability to monitor messages on weekends/holidays within a limited window

Responsibilities

• Manage customer service across direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels.
• Triage and route inquiries to the appropriate internal owners.
• Monitor Amazon Seller Central account health and respond to buyer messages.
• Coordinate with the Ecommerce Manager on outreach and tool deployment.
• Provide hands-on warehouse support during peak seasons (pick/pack/ship).
• Assist with returns, order issues, and shipping exceptions to resolution.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice across communications.
