SKF Group seeks a Customer Service Specialist for the Vehicle Aftermarket unit in Blue Bell, PA. The role focuses on timely order processing, claims handling and proactive customer communications to exceed expectations for automotive and heavy-duty customers.

You will work with Accounting, Logistics, Pricing, Planning and Sales to ensure accurate orders, pricing, availability and issue resolution, while building strong internal relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing role with positive outcomes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Detail-oriented with proactive issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong customer relationships via phone and email.
• Process orders, handle inquiries and provide price/availability information.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, finance and planning to deliver results.
