SKF Group seeks a Customer Service Specialist for the Vehicle Aftermarket unit in Blue Bell, PA. The role focuses on timely order processing, claims handling and proactive customer communications to exceed expectations for automotive and heavy-duty customers.
You will work with Accounting, Logistics, Pricing, Planning and Sales to ensure accurate orders, pricing, availability and issue resolution, while building strong internal relationships.

The Vehicle Aftermarket (VA) is the automotive aftermarket business unit within the SKF Automotive Division. We service the independent aftermarket with products, services and concepts for cars and commercial vehicles. Our customers range from distributors to retailers and garages around the world. The following position is available in the VA Customer Service Department.
This individual must work closely with our external customers and, internally, with our Accounting, Logistics, Pricing, Planning and Sales departments to ensure we exceed customer expectations. The candidate will provide timely, accurate and effective order processing, claims processing, and communications to ensure customer satisfaction for automotive and heavy-duty customers through knowledge and use of SKF support systems. The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills.

The salary range for this position starts at $50,000 USD annually. We also offer a competitive benefits package that includes a retirement savings plan, annual company bonus, and additional benefits.
