Job summary

SKF Sverige AB in Blue Bell, PA is seeking a Customer Engagement Representative to manage order processing, inquiries, and returns for automotive and heavy-duty customers. You will work closely with Sales, Logistics, Pricing, Planning and Finance to ensure outstanding service and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (COH and SAP).
• Detail-oriented with proactive issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships via phone and email.
• Handle order processing, inquiries, and returns promptly.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, pricing, planning and finance for results.
• Provide insights to streamline processes and customer experience.
• Manage orders, pricing, availability, and delivery tracking.
• Expedite deliveries and resolve issues.
