Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Able to stay calm and professional in high-volume situations.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to learn internal programs and new software.
• Experience in customer service or contact centers preferred.

• Basic understanding of domestic activities such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, chats, and social media inquiries from Miele consumers and business partners.
• Actively listen to customer needs and deliver accurate solutions.
• Troubleshoot appliance concerns guiding through care and basic resolution.
• Assist customers with scheduling service appointments.
• Take ownership of inquiries and document in customer accounts.
• Balance satisfaction with company policies and make decisions.
• Provide product, installation, and service-related answers for customers, sales teams, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams and service partners to resolve needs.
