Qualifications

• The candidate will have a HS diploma or GED with ability to work in a team and meet monthly timelines.
• Accounting or finance background preferred; billing/data entry experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Understand Casella Resource Solutions operations and billing processes.
• Process billing and monthly invoicing for assigned accounts.
• Audit weight tickets and ensure accuracy before month-end close.
• Maintain on-time monthly invoicing for all CRS assigned accounts.
• Reconcile rebate accounts monthly and correct discrepancies.
• Understand how to run billing reporting when necessary.
• Support collections and finance on special projects.
• Maintain monthly customer reporting and P&L spreadsheets.
