Job summary

The Arizona Department of Education seeks a CTE, Program Project Specialist I in Phoenix to lead CTSO data management, reporting, and program materials. You will coordinate travel, conferences, and procurement, while maintaining databases and web pages.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to organize, coordinate multiple activities, and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Compile programmatic data reports for CTSO State Advisor and CTE unit.
• Maintain CTSO website updates and posted materials.
• Update conferences flyers and guideline documents.
• Provide administrative support (phone, email, scheduling, records, reports).
• Coordinate meetings and conferences, including travel policies and printing.
• Develop inventory procedures for CTSO supplies.
• Research inquiries from internal and external customers.
• Assist in travel, procurement, and federal/state reporting support.
• Coordinate long-range planning for training and CTSO events.
• Prepare PD certificates and distribute materials.
