Job summary

Magnit Global, the MSP partner for Novartis, seeks a Program Manager to drive a large-scale CRM transformation. The role coordinates across workstreams, aligns priorities, and ensures governance and transparency throughout the program lifecycle.

The position reports to executive stakeholders, with responsibilities spanning planning, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration. Location is East Hanover, NJ with a 12-month contract and a competitive hourly pay range.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of program management, PMO, project management, business operations, or related experience.
• Experience supporting CRM, customer engagement, technology, or digital transformation programs.
• Demonstrated success coordinating multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across multiple CRM program workstreams to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Maintain an integrated view of milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Support governance processes, including steering committees and leadership reviews.
• Build relationships across business, product, technology, data, and change management teams.
