Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Must be licensed to practice law in the state (North Carolina).
• Minimum of 3 years as an attorney with focus on creditor rights (foreclosure, financial institutions, bankruptcy, replevin).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in legal research and writing.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
• Knowledge of mortgage industry laws and regulations.

Responsibilities
