Full-service boutique creditors' rights firm seeking a motivated associate attorney for the Charlotte, North Carolina area. This associate will work primarily on the firm's North Carolina foreclosure team, with North Carolina real property or foreclosure experience considered a plus.

This role offers valuable hands‑on experience, including direct client interaction and regular courtroom appearances — the position requires traveling to court multiple times per week throughout the state.
