FNBO is seeking a Credit Underwriter for the Home Improvement Lending group in Omaha. The role involves receiving, reviewing, and processing loan applications, assembling files, and ensuring policy compliance.

You will work in a hybrid schedule with some evening/ Saturday coverage as described, and coordinate with merchants and customers throughout the application process. The ideal candidate has at least three years of underwriting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years of experience as a Credit Underwriter with a full-service financial institution.
• Knowledge of consumer and residential lending practices; understanding of related laws and required loan documentation.
