Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of CRA, fair lending, and MMCT/LMI terms.
• Ability to travel between FNBO locations.
• Experience in community outreach and building partnerships.
• Bilingual may be required depending on area.

Responsibilities

• Represent FNBO with professionalism and integrity in the community.
• Provide expert mortgage guidance with customers’ best interests in mind.
• Originate and close mortgages while meeting compliance and file guidelines.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and manage expectations.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to lending targets.
• Develop and execute a personal business plan aligned with FNBO Mortgage.
• Build partnerships with chambers, nonprofits, and community groups.
• Maintain knowledge of products serving low-to-moderate income borrowers.
• Collaborate with internal mortgage partners for timely processing.
• Engage in community events to promote FNBO products and services.
