Job summary

Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking a credit professional to analyze customer financials, assess risk, and determine credit terms. You’ll support sales by balancing growth with risk management and maintain compliant processes across portfolios.

The role involves managing credit decisions, reviewing accounts, and collaborating with finance and sales to optimize cash flow while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate degree plus 5+ years in credit/finance/risk or related field; OR HS diploma with 8+ years in credit/financial roles, including 4+ years in credit analyses or risk management.
• Experience evaluating financial information and making credit decisions.
• Proficient in Excel and business systems; strong analytical and communication skills.

What You'll Do

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree and 5+ years of experience in credit, finance, accounting, banking, risk management, or a related field; OR High school diploma and 8+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in credit analysis, financial analysis, banking, collections, or risk management
• Experience evaluating financial information and making credit decisions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• Experience with commercial credit, lending, underwriting, or financial analysis
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and collections processes
• Experience in a B2B, financial services, distribution, or technology environment
• Experience with ERP, CRM, or credit management systems
• Process improvement and data analysis experience

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $49,500.00 - $79,200.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
