You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to balance risk while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role evaluates new and existing customer creditworthiness, recommends credit limits, analyzes financial statements, and supports revenue growth with minimal risk.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in credit analysis, risk management, finance, collections, or accounts receivable.
  • Experience reviewing customer financials and making credit recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial systems.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new and existing customer creditworthiness through financial and risk analysis.
  • Recommend and manage credit limits based on business needs and risk exposure.
  • Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market data to support credit decisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to support revenue growth while minimizing risk.
  • Resolve customer account issues and support collections and recovery efforts.
  • Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX requirements.
