Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Quality Analyst in Charlotte, NC. You will support Global Market Loan Operations, handling secondary loan trades, servicing, inquiries, and operational processes with accuracy and timely results.

The role emphasizes risk control, client service, and cross-team collaboration in a fast-paced financial services environment. Hybrid work with onsite training required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in loan operations, loan servicing, trade settlement, syndicated loans, credit operations, or financial services operations is preferred.
• Excel, Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of operational risk and controls.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the settlement and servicing of secondary loan trades.
• Manage end-to-end transaction processing across multiple operational platforms.
• Investigate and resolve loan servicing and trade settlement exceptions.
• Review credit and loan documentation to ensure accurate transaction processing.
• Partner with internal teams, administrative agents, and external clients to resolve issues and respond to inquiries.
• Monitor transactions and processes to ensure accuracy and adherence to operational controls.
• Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Escalate risks, issues, and control concerns appropriately.
• Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy.
• Provide responsive and professional support to internal and external stakeholders.
