Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Credit Quality Analyst for an in-office role in Charlotte, NC. The analyst will review credit agreements, enter data into LIQ, and collaborate with deal teams to prepare loan engagements for Syndicated & Corporate Lending.

Preferred candidates have LoanIQ experience, banking/finance background, and exceptional attention to detail, with strong communication and organizational skills to handle a high volume of closings in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with LoanIQ or similar loan management system.
  • Degree or experience in banking/finance.
  • Attention to detail in reviewing loan documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication with stakeholders including attorneys and clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage high-volume loan closings.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues or discrepancies in loan documentation.
  • Familiarity with loan management software and related financial tools.
  • Effective time management to meet tight deadlines for closings.
  • Commitment to customer service and client-facing support.
  • Ability to collaborate with underwriters, legal teams, and other departments.
  • Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation in corporate lending.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate financial statements and credit reports.
  • Adaptability to changing lending regulations and priorities.
  • Maintain integrity and confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
  • Data analysis and interpretation of financial data.

Responsibilities

  • Review credit agreements to determine pricing, terms, and requirements.

  • Coordinate with deal teams to collect documents and confirm requirements.
  • Prepare engagements and interact with Agent Banks when needed.
  • Support loan booking and closing activities in Loan IQ for Syndicated & Corporate Lending teams.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Credit Quality Analyst at our top tier banking client in Charlotte, NC.

Description

In-Office Position: Training 5 days a week in office- Normal business hours 8am-5pm. Discuss hybrid schedule once fully trained.

Required Knowledge

Basic Overview
  • Reviewing credit agreements to determine pricing, contract terms, requirements, etc.
  • Entering data into LIQ the system of record
  • Work with deal teams collecting documents, answering questions, getting confirmation on requirements, prepare for the engagement.
  • Occasionally it can require interactions with an Agent Bank but not client.

This position supports the loan booking and closing activities in the Loan IQ system of record on behalf of the Syndicated & Corporate Lending Credit Fulfillment Team.

Required Skills
  • LoanIQ Expertise: Proficiency in LoanIQ software or similar loan management systems.
  • Degree or experience in banking and/or finance.
  • Attention to Detail: The ability to meticulously review and verify loan documents for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
