Qualifications

• 4–8 years in loan operations, servicing, or middle-office in asset manager, insurer, or bank.
• Working knowledge of syndicated and private loan lifecycle, including agent notices and rate mechanics.
• Familiarity with private credit structures (revolvers, delayed draw) and their operational demands.
• Trade settlement experience under LSTA or LMA documentation.
• Reconciliation experience with ability to research and clear breaks independently.
• Comfortable operating within defined controls and evidencing audit readiness.
• Strong collaboration with team members, agent banks, and fund administrator; asks questions when unsure.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process daily private credit loan servicing, including notices, rate resets, drawdowns, pay downs, PIK, and accrual reviews.
• Support trade settlement across syndicated and private loans, reviewing documents and follow-up.
• Process cash, prepare wires, investigate cash breaks, and reconcile with fund administrator records.
• Reconcile positions and cash between internal records, agent and custodian records, and the fund administrator.
• Process lifecycle events (amendments, corporate actions) and capture loan term changes across systems.
• Handle exceptions; escalate and document actions and reasons.
• Partner with offshore support on reconciliation, cash ops, and trade ops queues.
• Complete routine reporting and data quality checks on loan data.
